1. Purpose
These terms govern sales made on loafcare.com between LoafCare SAS and any private customer.
2. Products
The products offered are those listed on the site, within the limits of available stock.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Shipping fees are shown before validation.
4. Order
Any order implies acceptance of these terms. A confirmation email is sent after validation.
5. Payment
Payment is made by credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay. Transactions are secure.
6. Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48h. Delivery time: 7 to 10 business days, regardless of country. Free delivery to all destinations, no minimum order.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-18, you have 30 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
8. Guarantees
Legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and 30-day satisfaction-or-money-back guarantee.
9. Disputes
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
